4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our authorized reseller and payment provider.

5. Restrictions
You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass license mechanisms.
Share license keys with unauthorized users.
6. Termination

Refund Policy
1. General
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience issues, please contact our support team first so we can assist.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
A refund is only possible if the license key has not been activated, or if the software cannot be used due to a verified technical issue that we cannot resolve.
Once a license key is activated or the software is downloaded and used, refunds are generally not available.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Activated license keys.
Renewed subscriptions after the renewal date.
Services that have already been delivered.
4. Process
To request a refund:

Provide your purchase details (order ID, email, license key).
Refunds will be processed via Paddle, our payment provider.
5. Timeframe
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
